Arusha & Moshi Town Tours

Beyond the parks, Tanzania's towns hum with colour: Arusha's Maasai Market exploding in beadwork and shuka cloth, Moshi's clock-tower streets beneath the mountain, craft cooperatives carving Mkonde scenes, and food streets where mishkaki sizzles beside sugarcane juice. Our town tours are led by residents who know every stall and story.

History & culture

Arusha grew from a German garrison into the 'safari capital of the world' — the Arusha Declaration of 1967 was announced here, and the town remains East Africa's diplomatic hub for peace treaties. Moshi, beneath Kilimanjaro, became the coffee capital of the Chagga lands. Both towns blend colonial traces with a thoroughly modern Tanzanian buzz.
